Who Should Participate?
The Personal Coaching Program is for our Graduates who want to level-up their leadership – who want to DO way less and BE much more. Matched with our coaches in a collaborative, action-oriented relationship, you will:
- Define a purpose for your leadership that directs your daily actions
- Make effective use of your skills and time by “letting go” of more
- Significantly increase your time in classrooms and enhance the value of your coaching
- Strengthen your professional and personal relationships
- Regain enthusiasm for your work
Our Process
Step 1: Have a conversation with us. Schedule a one-hour discovery call. During this call we will explore your successes, challenges, goals, and mindsets to determine if you are a suitable candidate for this program.
Step 2: Determine if the Personal Coaching Program is feasible for you. Once you’ve been approved as an ideal candidate, your next step is to secure your secretary’s commitment and funding from your school system.
Step 3: Meet the Coach. Conduct a short “getting-to-know-you-call” with your potential coach to ensure the partnership will be a good fit.
