Foundations Course

The content is exactly the same however, the delivery method and timing are different. 

• ONLINE COURSE: One presenter, presenting live on Zoom, for four half-day sessions. Participants are situated in their offices.
• IN-PERSON COURSE: Delivered by one presenter at an event venue over two full days. 8 am – 4 pm each day. 120 participants maximum.

No. This course is designed for teams of two – one Administrator and one Secretary – who work together.

Secretaries are free to explore the city you are visiting, work remotely, or sleep in and watch movies…Enjoy!

No. If you have an appointment scheduled during the course, please reschedule your appointment so you can be fully present, or contact our Registrar, Barbara Weise, (904)280-3052 ext. 1, to transfer your registration to another course.

• Online Course participants are allowed a 15-minute grace period for tardiness at the start of Session 1.
  After 15 minutes, you will not be allowed in the Zoom room.
• In-Person Course participants are allowed a 30-minute grace period for tardiness on Day 1.
  After 30 minutes, you will not be permitted in the course room.

Yes, notify our Course Director, April Louris, (904)280-3052 ext. 2, april.louris@the-breakthrough-coach.com, no less than 24 hours prior to your course start date, of the name and email address of your new secretary and April will make the switch.

Yes. There is an additional fee for attending in-person which must be paid prior to transferring. Contact our Registrar, Barbara Weise, (904)280-3052 ext. 1, barbara.weise@the-breakthrough-coach.com, to make this change. Also, if you are inside our 30-day cancellation window, there is a $300 transfer fee.

If you need to cancel your participation for any reason, please reference our cancellation policy prior to calling our Registrar, Barbara Weise, (904)280-3052 ext. 1, to notify us.

Yes. Contact our Course Director, April Louris, (904)280-3052 ext. 2, no less than 24 hours prior to your course start date, to notify us of your intent to transfer your registration to another party, and provide the new attendees’ names, titles and email addresses.

Make sure your billing zip code matches the zip code on the credit card you are using.

Yes, we take PO#s at the time of registration. When you register, an invoice will be auto-generated with net 30 day terms.
